I tried the car under load at 4000 and yet no more than 9.5PSI

I replaced the hose from the banjo bolt to the alda. While I was at it, I cleaned the bolt, it was so dirty. I guess that the EGR helped :-) with the gunk. No more EGR problem, thanks Brian for the kits.

The wastegate hose is not tight yet I was thinking that not much pressure can leak there as we are reving the engine at 4000RPM (3x4000 /10 ~1200 cubic feet /sec ). How much pressure can leak through the hose ?

I'm not sure that this is a valid argument so please correct me if it is not valid.

OOPS needed to recalculate, forgot that cubic is not square :-)
3x4000 = 12000 liters/sec ~ 444 Cubic feet/sec
