There is a white plastic roller over the pin held on with an E clip.
The setting should allow you to operate the STOP lever without binding the linkage......ie, there should be a gap behind the roller when throttle closed.


Is that white grease crap all over the linkage ?
Wipe it off and use engine oil....yuk
