Thanks for the guidance. Yep it's the vacuum cutoff on the switch. Just replaced the leaking cutoff valve on the IP. checked it with my mity Vac tool and if I plug the brown line to the switch It holds vacuum on the system. If I plug the line from the switch to the IP cutoff valve no vacuum. Its the valve in the switch. It is also full of oil from the old leaking cutoff on the IP.
