Everytime I ride in my friends E300D then go back to my SDL the SDL feels like a dog!
So I figure if the 300SD is slower my SDL should feel pretty good when I get back into it.
I plan on changing all of the fluids and filters, glow plugs and adjust the valves right away. The tires are cracking so I will throw on my winter tires I bought from Brian, the tires on those are like new so I will be good. I will save the 14in wheels because snow tires are cheaper for them when I need them.
I know the battery is shot but I have a very good OE one from my parts car that will be just fine for awhile. Also one of the rear tall lights is cracked and the armrest is shot but again I have perfect parts sitting in my basement.
After that I will go over the car and see what it needs. This car is pretty rusty so it isn't worth putting much money into.
