i looked at one for sale in indy about five years ago. it seemed ok structurally. i didnt look under it as it was night and had no light but suppose they would have reinforced the rocker like they do on the bmw converts. this one was very tired and he wanted a lot for it so i passed. it was a 280e i think early 80s.
