After flushing a running the car with just MB af and distilled water, I've been not exactly pleased with the engine temperature performance.

Not that it has been bad but it would tend to rise to 95 - 100C. Also should say that I've removed the full time VFC mod described in MENU#20 and am currently experimenting with a modified VFC but one that cuts in at 95-100C.

So with those changes in mind, the engine temperature doesn't quite stay as low as it did before. That when I found a new additive.

In my search for newer/better products, I found a product made by Royal Purple called Purple Ice. It's similar to Water Wetter but it does NOT leave a oil film residue as does WW. So I currently using this product sucessfully and the engine temp has a hard time breaking 90C.
