I had the same problem with mine while still under warranty. After trial and error replacements, the dealer replaced the hydraulic pump and that finally fixed the problem. Haven't had a problem with it for 2 years now. Also note that the motor that raises and lowers the top overheats after a few consecutive uses and will stop working until it cools off. Raise and lower it and let it rest before doing it again when you're testing it out. Hopefully, you're still under warranty!
