I'd poured over all the posts here regarding replacing the left tilt-angle, and still was not able to figure out how to remove the old one or slip in the new. The steps folks listed corresponded with what I had done, and had been my guide for some of it, but I finally gave up several months back.

Well summer's here and my wife wants her sunroof back, so I tried again today, stalling at the same point - unless I were to drill out a certain pop-rivet securing one end of a cover at the rear of the accessible track, I could see no chance of removing the part non-destructively. So, this time I drilled out the rivet. Sure enough, the old part slipped out slickly, and the new part was in its place in a few minutes. I then pop-riveted back the access point, and re-attached/aligned everything.

All works, but there are several felt-coated rubber grommet/slides that have disintegrated and need replacement. Anyone know if those are available?
