The operative word here is CLAIMS. I'm sorry, but I have seen too many repair facilities jump on the words " specialize in " when they don't have a clue. I'm not singling out automotive repair facilities, because I have experienced below standard work with accountants, dentists, and even attorneys. My professional opinion is to still have the car checked out by a repair facility that really knows MBs before you waste money on another alignment. Our industry is plagued by people who get a box of tools together and call themselves mechanics. You need to find what in yiddish is called a Maven. You need to find someone who knows your car.
