This is slightly off topic. Did anyone see a TLC or Discovery channel show just recently about "Earthquake storms". Seems there is a lot of research that says you can trace earthquakes in a relatively small amount of time down the same fault. Going backwards and using their research they could have predicted the Loma Prieda earthquake. Which of course is easy to claim.

Sounds like interesting stuff to me....
