temporary air pump removal M103 - plug?

Hi all
The air pump on my 1992 300TE (145kmiles) is about to seize, it continuously makes a terrible ginding noise, even after the engine has warmed up. Disconneting it did not help. In previous posts I found that the pump may be removed (till the rebuilt one arrives) and a shorter belt (from a 260E) can be installed to compensate for it's lack. However I have not found any hints how to plug the resulting holes in the manifold or wherever the pump's hoses conect to. Are there some dealer parts available (part numbers)? Or has one of you experienced with custom made plugs? Or is schewing gum just fine? Your sensible input is highly appreciated. Have a nice day, Bruno
