George, have these items corrected as part of the deal. MB dealers Starmark certify all models 8 years old or less; however that doesn't mean that the car is under a transferable Starmark Warranty. So confirm what, if any, Starmark Warranty applies to this C230K ... Component or Drivetrain. The Starmark Warranty won't cover rust and you're beyond the factory warranty. I doubt that the Starmark Warranty covers the LED's. Check with a dealer's Service Department.
