Hello:

I have a 1998 SLK 230 hard top convertible. I lowered the hard top and now the small passenger side rear window no longer comes up all the way. My repair shop (not an authorized MB repair shop, there are none where I live) is telling me they have to hook a machine to diagnose the problem. Any body have any idea of what's going on? Thanks.
