Yes, the noise occurs when accelerating as well as when I slow down. Once I press my brake to slow down, the noise can be heard and it continues until I reached around 40-50 km/hr. Even without braking, at higher speeds >60 km/hr, the noise is still very around. Turning or without turning, the noise can still be heard until a certain speed is reached. Sorry I cannot be more precise as I am a technical idiot on car mechanism... Thanks!
