I am assuming it is the clock in the instrument cluster adjacent to the speedometer. The entire cluster pushes out from the back (or pulls out if you have the "special" tool to pull it out with. You will have to disconnect a couple/few wires and undo the speedometer cable and hard pipe for the oil pressure gauge. After it is out you can remove the clock by undoing the screws at the back and lifting it out.
