Has your suspension been modified? These are triggered by switches on the lower control arms of the rear suspension and if your springs are worn or your suspension has been modified in any way it can create changes in performance of these sensors. Check that your vehicle height is correct, that your shocks and springs are not worn. If the suspension system is correct then there may be other issues.
Best Regards,
Brian
