This is one of those things that is difficult to troubleshoot over the internet. I'm not sure I understand what you are saying. Are you saying that you feel the pads click in the calipers, or do you feel grinding?

It could also be that you are feeling a loose suspension component somewhere such as loose track rod bushings or control arm bushings.
