It also happens when i roll down windows from the inside, They go all the
way down and you cant stop it. got to turn the key all the way off then back on to roll back up.

same when unlocking from trunk. as long as you hold the key in the unlocked position the dr window will go down. when locking car hold the key to the lock position the sunroof and all windows except dr. window goes up. the drivers window still goes down.
