I fixed the problem. Fuse #5 was blown. I misread the fuse chart and thought fuse #6 was #5. Even by looking at the fuse it looked good. The way I knew it was bad was that I took a test light to all the connections and that one only lit the light on one side, indicating the something wasn't connected. Now I need to go to the junkyard and pull an OVP since I demolished mine trying to get it apart.
