It's funny, I didn't like it much at first, but it's growing on me, specially with a quah - sant, another newly aquired taste.

Here in the people's republic of Kahl -- ee -- FORnya, Asian style tea houses are becoming popular and I'm here to tell you, some of that tea is mighty fine. Has a real subtle magic when it's done right.

Paul C is right, don't steep it too long. What's really nice is: get some oo-long, King's tea is a nice variety of that, put some in a cup with a green tea bag; let it steep for a minute or two, strain it out into a new cup, and you can use it again for a second cup, also steeped briefly.

I'm convinced my health/energy -- whatever is better on this kind of tea than on coffee. Now I just have to do it.

God forgive me, I do like coffee....
