Ok, I am in the process of replacing my 4 spd stick transmission with 722.118 found at a junkyard along with Vac modulator and kickdown switch and brake pedal. But before I actually start the mods I would like to replace necessary parts inside the tranny as I do not have enough time to install the tranny first only to realize later that such and such parts should have been replaced before-hand. Shall I replace the b2 piston even if its not broken? Need help on that. Anyone? Is this tranny 3-speed forward or 4-speed forward. Thanks.
