Friends, I'm having trouble with acceleration on my 1990 300D 2.5. The best way to describe it is that it feels like it is lacking fuel or air- kinda "bogged down" and sluggish.

I changed the pre fuel filter, the main filter, and checked all vacuum hoses. I cleaned out the banjo. I ran diesel purge through.

Could be the turbo is not kicked in? Could the motor be in Limp home mode?

Are there any tests I can try to try to locate the root of the problem?
