Find a used motor.....$1200.00 to $2000.00 .
Put in new guides and chain....job done !

Do NOT try installing steel sleeves ....aluminum block...different expansion rate.

There was a good place in Houston for motors...
but a Google should find one.
Failing that, eBay ?
