the air meter seems be pretty far open at idle and sounds like a jet engine. I don't remember my other CIS cars doing this. What could be affecting it? so far I've found no major vacuum leaks but it's still pretty early in the game of putting the car back on the road. Anyone know where I could get a good vacuum diagram for this car? So far the only manual I have is the haynes. One side of the EGR valve goes nowhere and I still have to track down the massive gas smell from last fall. You can see the line sticking up in the air in the one photo, and if you look behind the EGR you'll see why I'm running on seven cylinders. I found some sort of vent line on the drivers side underneath the car with vacuum line completely gone. That's the other picture, it's the line that attaches to that dohicky that's toast. Upon closer inspection it appears to be the line coming down from the gas filler.
