I've checked all that out I'm fairly certain it's one of the components near the distributor; regulator, or idle control. I replaced the fuel filter, which helped some yet its not quite cured. The pump works and all the lines apear to be in good condition. Although the regulator seems to releasing some fumes into the breather. I also checked the igniton module and everything apeared correct there aswell, providing I checked it correctly.
