As far as the oil consumption issue, I'm sure youre already aware of the clog that forms in the right cylinder head cover, right? (edit: nevermind I must have missed your de-clog line above)

I've had a few (3 or 4) that had oil wick up the entire engine harness as well. Took me a hell of a long time to find the source on my first one. There are two sensors at the front of the left head, one of them leaks... I forget which one it was.
