I know we're not the only state that has ridiculously hot weather, but you simply can't drive during the day without AC. You can physically survive, as this is the point where cooler climate folks usually talk about how they haven't had AC in 5 years blah, blah, blah.... But you end up sweating through your clothes, smelling like Fido's arse, and watering your leather or MB-Tex.
The '85 is parked, as AC is inop.
PEH has a good suggestion. Check into it.
