Thumbs up

I've asked others this same question, but want more opinions...
is it all that difficult to change the compressor myself? I think that if I am able to completely remove and replace the fuel injection pump and intake manifold on my 86 diesel chevy as difficult as it was, then I should be able to do this. Any helpful tidbits anyone has would be greatly appreciated. I have everything but the compressor and plan to get that today, the ac flush is ordered, switches and expansion valve arrived today, checked and compressor is 10p15c according to label. Looks like a tight squeeze up in there. Are the hoses fastened to the engine with a bolt above the compressor? I can't really see, but it looks like it.
thanks for the help
