I've tested it again today, it seems like it only happens when the car is warm/hot. Do you happened to have a picture of the pin?

Second question is, today my coolant expansion tank was overflowing antifreeze. I didn't fill in any coolant. This never happened before. Do you suspect the oil cooler line, or was it just too hot?
