The cruise control cable on my 73 450sl is missing and I am
told that it is not made anymore. I haven't been able so far
in locating one from cars which are being parted out. This
cable is a push/pulll type and the switch which engages it
is also the push/pull type. I have been told that a cable
from any one of several of the 73 body styles with the 4.5
fuel injected gasoline engine can be adapted to work on
mine. Is this true? If it is I would be very interested in
locating one.
