M.B.DOC, Thanks! Am I replacing the whole wiper arm? Or the part that is under the "cap"--held on by a nut? Also, can you explain how the washer is suppose to work. I notice there are two holes, but part of the "cap" covers the top hole. Any advice? Thanks again!
