This site has been such a excellent source of info for me over the past ten years of my benz ownership that I have come up with a way to say thank-you. I'm a local Police Officer in New Jersey and the next time I stop a Mercedes for a violation I will ask "ever heard of Mercedes shop. com" and if your reply is "yeah there tech advise is the best of web" then you get free pass.
