Sorry there are no shortcuts...

But you're in lucky, this is a VERY SIMPLE DIY. The center console is removed simply by removing 1 screw the pull it out up/forward and out. (move the carpet and you'll see the screw)

To get the switch out just pull it straight out. Mine were kind of sticky, previous owner probably spilled some soda or juice in that area. Only 1 worked flawlessly, the other 3 were intermittently bad. So I just changed all 4.

Regarding the fuse, sometimes just turning them don't work. Invest a few cents and just change them with new ones from NAPA (They're something like $2 for 6). You can always use the old ones as spare.
