Typically one with this few miles requires a hell of a lot of maintenance at regular intervals since the oil, anti freeze, brake fluids and seals get pretty nasty from not being in use. Trust me I know; it seemed almost futile to do all of the things you needed to do to keep a low miler in good mechanical shape only to not use the car.
This guy looks like a great "marketeer" with phrases like the spare has never been on the ground. Let's hope not a 16 year old tire probably should not be put on the ground.
