I know this is sort of late BUT I am having some trouble finding the TSB for the roof rack that you mentioned. Should I be able to go to the dealer to get the repair kit and such? What is involved in the repair? My noise is very similar to the one originally posted, a whistling noise at freeway speeds. Thanks!!!
