First . the pages you are using are wrong for the CS1000 manual
Your car is HFM/SFI and a 104 engine , with a chassis # of 124.032.
look in those pages.

You are looking at LH chassis from different years and 38 pin is only in V8s on 124 , plus 14 is different for ASR/ No ASR

The correct pages , if you want to use CS1000 are ;
DM page40
HFM pin * -page 31
Ea/cc w/o asr page 47
W/asr page 48.

NO 38 pin Diag box pin on your car, ever....
Pin 6 is SRS , NOT abs

Pin 14 can be sticking cable or adjustment
Brake lamp can be temp code

Other pins can be used from CS10000 , but they have to say 124.032

On the RS sw. , That one is fine .. just a little bigger .. I use the other as it takes a smaller lount hole , but both are spst- momentary/on..

Charge bat, reset codes to clear , along with memory and retest after a few drive cycles
