Whenever I switch say from Drive to Neutral, the engine rpm would rise from normal of 800-850 to 1000- 1300. If I tap on the accelerator, it would return back to normal rpm, that is 800-850. I have changed the idle control valve already. Appreciate it if someone could advise on what could be the cause? Thanks.
