blame this on "feel good" policies and "self esteme" building at the expense of teaching accountibility and responsibility. There are a lot of people who think society owes them...and some nimrod thinks they are entitled to two parking spots at once.
lot of us have been where you are before.....last time I was I had the forsight to jot down the idiots tag number before I walked away from my car...came back to find antenna bent like a pretzel...called the cops...turns out when they called the cars owner it was the brat kid who was driving it....would have liked to have been a fly on the wall in that house...
