Your schematic shows yellow/red/bk at blower control plug on firewall.
I think you are at the wrong plug.

On the back side of the CP plug [inside car, same plug] should be BK/GN for 12v and w/rd for variable...

Is this a 124.128.. 300D turbo 2.5 ???????
