'83 Euro 300D:
1) Install sport steering wheel
2) Remove rear springs, replace with wagon rear springs - - stiffer, and purportedly shorter - - makes the rear-end ride a little high, have to switch them back. Noticably firmer ride, with less body roll; may just have one coil removed and try them again.
3) Install Bilstein HD shocks in rear
4) Install Euro headlights
5) Replace RF wheel bearings
6) Change tranny fluid
7) Install brake anti-sqeal shims at all four corners
8) Install BMW sport seat from the other sedan

That's it so far. The fam is heading for Minnesota next week, so it should be a banner week for me in the garage!
