That's very low mileage for an SD. If it isn't a rustbucket, that's a good buy! FWIW, an SD in good running condition should start easily on the first try with overnight temps at 0F without a block heater. I have no experience with any lower temps as that's nearly as cold as it gets on the eastern CT shore.
