Just tap along the outter edge of the head with a center punch and hammer, in a counter clockwise manner and they will unscrew.
They have blue loctite on them and wont be loose enough to unscew them with your fingers for a while, but they'll come out.
If you drill off the head, the screw shaft will be next to impossible to remove because of the loctite.
