Shattered Window (Driver's)

Front driver's window is shattered. Look like somebody hit it, but nothing was stolen out of the car (window still 'intact').

Figure I will just replace it myself with a used piece (if I can hunt one down locally) or order a new piece.

I've done plenty of window regulators of the last 10 years, so I can't imagine it would be too difficult? Yes? No?

Also figured I would replace the regulator plastic slide on the lift arm while I am in there.

I also considered using a mobile repair service as they are apparently pretty cheap, but my labor is always cheapest. I can also envision broken door panel clips and looese bolts- general sloppy work - especially as these old plastic parts snap easily with age.

Anyone done this lately that can give me any tips?
