Ongoing....TCM replaced

Well, they replaced the TCM. VERY interestingly, the shifter has not been "hunting" for the "D" gate as often, though it STILL occasionally doesn't want to seat all the way firmly until I re-shift it. Observations:

Since the new TCM was installed, the upshifts are much quicker - snappier - is this normal?

Secondly, this morning, it absolutely slammed into 2nd gear from 1st - it's usually from 2-3 - and shook the whole car.

I just want this fixed under warranty! They have replaced nearly EVERYTHING over 30k miles except a valve body, the entire shifter setup, and the transmission assembly itself. I'm at 93k. I've got 7 for MB to figure this out, and right now, I"m losing confidence. This last diagnosis came with 8 days of work, including the shop foreman speaking with MBUSA on the issue and cause. Oh, and this marks the 2nd time I have asked for adaptation values. They give me the runaround, sayign they didn't save them. Last time, it was that they couldn't give that info out.

What is causing this?
