The injectors all have a tolerance for pop pressure. Ideally every one of them fires at exactly the same pressure. Then, relative to the engine timing, each cylinder is getting fuel at exactly the same time.

But, factory tolerance being what they are, the pressures vary by 200 psi across brand new injectors. If someone wants to spend the time, I believe that they can get them all within 30 psi, if they are careful.
