I looked, and the 208 definately has a recirculating ball steering box, not rack & pinion. That makes sense; it's basically a modified 202 chassis.

I've not looked under the hood of a 208, but I imagine with the V8 engine, the steering box is quite difficult to see. The adjustment is on the top of the box, toward the rear portion.
