water

put a hose pipe in the over flow tank turn it on about 1/4

then on top of the water pump there is a bolt... loosen that bolt..

in fact just take it out.... start the car and when it warms up water will
flow out that hole....

now.... disconnect the hose at the radiator water should be flowing out that hose if the car is running and warm... this proves your water pump and thermostat are working.... now, turn the hose up just a little that is in the over flow tank.... and you will also see water flow out the top of the radiator... now the overflow tank flows into the bottom of the radiator and if it flows out the top of the radiator then your radiator is not clogged either...

if you think your head gasket is bad look for gunky oily stuff in your overflow tank and flowing out the disconnected radiator hose...
