Wanna bet?? I've been pitchin and pulling all kinds of over-engineered worthless crap that MB was dumb enough to install:

1) Plastic trunk liner - stupid idea because it traps water underneath

2) Hood pad - scraped off with putty knife cause i like diesel engine sound

3) Plastic radiator - replaced with superior mitsubishi product that runs cooler

4) Radiator fan shroud - gets in the way, i dont need it

5) Radiator electric fan - hotwired to toggle switch

6) Cruise control - JCWhitney sells a better one for about $200

7) Automatic antenna - discarded

8) Central locking system - gutted and sold on ebay

9) Fiddly bits - instrument light switch/bypassed; seatbelt sensor/disabled

Y'all gotta understand plenty of bogus items gets heaped into these cars and engine dampeners are about as useful as tits on a hog.
