Question Are these volatge regulators any different?
Here is one from an 1988 300E: 1-197-311-022
and one from an 1987 300E: 1-197-311-023

I know that if the numbers are different they probably mean different VRs, but from an 87 to an 88 300E there was no difference in the altenators, right?
