Okay. Chicken is on its own for a few minutes.

Run the window down and remove front screw on window lift rail. It should appear to be an odd shape nearly flat piece with a single bolt. If the b&w photo leads me in the right direction, there is a portion of the power lift that is likely black in color right near it.

Remove the rear bolt on the window lift rail. That one should be seen through an oblong hole with a the bolt passing through a plate similar to the one above.

Raise the window and hold with a wedge or something capable of holding it up.

Disconnect the electric wires at the black connector. The connector should be held with two phillips head screws and the wires by (according to the photo) straight head screws. Mine on my '87 were also phillips so I don't know if the photo I am looking at is accurate.

Unscrew the front nuts on the window lift and both rear bolts on the window lift.

Remove the window lift with motor downwards.

That should do it but don't hesitate to ask for clarification.
Steve

Back to my chicken.
